What is Now in Books?
Now in Books is a monthly subscription box for lovers of young adult fiction. Each month subscribers will receive a newly released hardcover novel and a specially curated streaming playlist connected to the theme of that month's title.
How does it work?
Subscribers choose from one of our automatic renewal subscription plans before setting up their account with billing and shipping information. If a subscriber joins before the 6th of the month, once their information is processed their selections are shipped out beginning the 15th of that month. If a subscriber joins after the 6th their selections will be shipped out beginning the 15th of that proceeding month.
How much does it cost?
We offer two monthly subscription options for subscribers: a $19.99 or 29.99 monthly plan which automatically renews every month starting from the date you sign up. A sales tax will be applied to purchases shipped to locations in which we operate a physical location.
Can I cancel/pause my subscription?
Subscribers can cancel their plans at any time through their account or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Canceling will not interrupt the delivery of any remaining boxes but will immediately terminate your next automatic renewal date. We don't have the ability to allow you to pause your subscription through your account but if you send us an email we will be able to pause your account or provide a credit if your card has already been charged.
When are boxes shipped?
Boxes are shipped out beginning the 15th of each month.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping throughout the United States for $6.99.
Do you track packages?
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your box is mailed out.
How long will it take to receive my package?
We send our boxes through priority mail to ensure they arrive quick and safe so you don't have to wait long to read the latest books. Based on your location boxes can take 2-4 days to receive once it's submitted for delivery.
Can I return my box?
Sorry, we do not accept returns for our boxes. If there is an issue with your items please email us immediately at email@example.com
